Our client is a on a mission to empower people by making professional life coaching accessible to everybody. The client wanted to build a product that is user-driven, highly scalable, and rapidly adoptable. However, no unified customer views or actionable insights were derived from the 14,000+ users.

What We Did

  • Developed an AWS data lake to consolidate data sources (inhouse and 3rd party) related to product, finance, and marketing
  • Developed the cloud architecture and performed an end-to-end migration with automation of all processes
  • Defined KPIs, campaigns, segments, and predictive analytics models, and worked with all client teams to utilize the findings
  • Provided conversion analytics guidance and recommendations based on the data insights
