Background

Our client, a large manufacturing and distribution company in the U.S., faced significant challenges in managing the plethora of documents generated from the point of pickup to the delivery of items. The abundance of unstructured data in various formats, including images, hindered efficient document handling and intelligence extraction. Manual processing of documents led to inefficiencies, errors, and delays in information retrieval.

What We Did

  • Vitrin9 developed an in-house intelligent document processing and workflow management system
  • Developed cutting-edge Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and large language models (LLM)
  • Images of diverse documents (invoices, receipts, waybills, etc.) were transferred into structured and machine-readable data
  • The extracted information from documents was also enriched and validated by cross-referencing it with existing records and relevant databases.
