Our client is an NYC-based startup on a mission to help people achieve their fitness goals with the help of a community. The application allows users to find locals to work out with based on geolocation and similar interests, create groups, and schedule exercise sessions so others can join them.
• Vitrin9 managed the project and worked close with the founders from idea to go-live
• We conducted a design-sprint workshop with the founders to define the applications features, key KPIs, and success factors
• UX research and wireframing, journey map, and prototype
• Branding, logo, and user interface (UI)
• Developed the applications for Android and iOS devices and launched on the respective app stores
• The app includes integrations with Google Maps, Twilio, and other 3rd party tools
Our team worked closely with the founders to translate their initial ideas into proper requirements and help prioritize features by using a prioritization matrix. The application was built with data in mind and constant research to validate any assumptions during the planning stage. This minimized any rework during the development process and shortened the development process by 20%.
